Job Description:

  • Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
  • Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases
  • Manage customer queries about their compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions
  • Calculating bonuses, allowances, preparing full and final settlements
  • Responsible for employee account opening and ensure wages and tax withholding comply with regulations
  • Monthly reporting on employee headcount related expenses
  • Run a smooth and accurate payroll process
  • Manage complete and accurate employee e-filing system

Skills Required:

  • Hands on experience with SAP – HCM
  • Strong MS Excel skills and ability to prepare analytics
  • Time Management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
