Job Description:

  • Develop, communicate and administer competitive total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, retirement, engagement and other work experience programs, that are cost effective and consistent with market trends and organizational objectives
  • Partner with HR Business Partners on appropriate total reward packages to recruit and retain talent
  • Oversee and review, communication and implementation of the annual benefit programs and annual total compensation review through salary surveys
  • Prepare annual budget for total rewards and shared services and manage expenditures related to benefit programs
  • Oversee the portfolio of Shared Services and provide leadership and direct supervision of total rewards and shared services team members through effective coaching & performance management

Skills Required:

  • Strong market knowledge on the subject
  • Exposure to salary surveys, market comp bench-marking
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong data analytical skills
  • SAP and Success Factors expertise will be preferred
