Job Description:

  • Advice and design optimal organization design ensuring long term viability of such structures to ensure that they are flexible and capable of delivering on the organization strategy and objectives
  • Ensure that the right talent is acquired, managed and developed in the organization using our systems and processes including succession planning, in mutual collaboration with the line managers
  • Coach the line management to embed and practice good management in line with the Company’s Values and Leadership Expectations
  • Ensure adoption and compliance to company policies and advise line managers on matters related to people management including but not limited to Compliance and Performance
  • Track HR KPIs as per individual objectives
  • Functional Projects – liaison with Center of Excellence team to identify solutions, specific to customer needs

Skills Required:

  • Ability to gain and combine personal and people insight with business insight to add strategic value
  • Ability to understand the people change management issues. Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment from various stakeholders to ensure movement towards organizational goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at various levels of the organization
  • Proficient in working with HR data to run quick analysis as per the need to the business
